DELIVERY

We will do our utmost to dispatch all orders within seven days of receipt, subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation. Normally most orders are sent within 24 hours of being placed.

All deliveries are sent from London and generally arrive within a week.   Overseas deliveries will take a little longer and may be subject to customs delays.

UK customers: We deliver to anywhere in mainland UK for £3.99 postage and packaging.

Overseas orders:
We deliver to most countries. However local import duties and additional charges may be payable by the customer on receipt. Customers in Australia, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Kenya, New Zealand, Nigeria, Singapore, South Africa, UAE, USA and Virgin Islands should check with their local authorities before ordering.

IMPORT DUTIES
For orders placed outside the UK and EU please note that we ask you to take responsibility for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country.

Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery and that we only deliver Monday to Friday during working hours.
Should you wish to have your shopping delivered to an alternative address please state this in the shipping address section.  Items which are sent to an address other than that of the card billing address may be subject to confirmation with the card holder.



HENRY STAG FREE UK RETURNS


We are so confident that you will be absolutely happy with any Henry Stag product that we will even pay to have it returned to us so there is no cost at all to you. There is no catch, simply following the instructions below and we will refund you in full including any Royal Mail special delivery service costs incurred getting the item back to us. There is no risk to you so you can shop with confidence.

We are happy to accept any Henry Stag item for exchange or refund within 30 days from receipt of goods, provided it has not been worn or washed. This does not affect your statutory rights. To return an item simply follow the below instructions:

You will be issued with a returns authorisation number (RAN) which will help us to process your returns efficiently as soon as it is received.  In the case of exchanges, replacement items will be sourced straight away and will be ready to be dispatched to you as soon as the return is received.

Returned items must be in resaleable condition and must be accompanied by the original despatch note.

Free returns are available to all UK mainland customers returning an item with a returns authorisation number via Royal mail recorded services. Once the return has been recieved the postage will be credited to your account within 7 working days. Free returns are not available on sale items.

At Henry Stag we are committed to quality and fairness. We take a lot of pride in making superb quality ties and we are please to offer a 3 year guarantee on all our products.


Obviously there are some terms and conditions such as we can only cover items that have been subjected to normal useage and we can not cover accidental damage. All our products are made to the highest standards - we accept only the best and so should our customers.

Where are your products made?

Our ties are made by traditional craftsmen in the UK to the very highest standards from the finest Italian milled silk.  In fact we are rather proud to be one of the very few companies to produce exclusive, high quality ties within the UK as many leading tie retailers have moved production to other countries in search of ever greater profits.  At Henry Stag tradition, quality and value have always been of utmost importance to us.

What if I want to return an item?
